Learn from errors and bounce back stronger
Everyone makes mistakes - even experts! The difference between successful people and everyone else isn't that they don't fail, it's that they handle failure better.
This workshop teaches you that mistakes are learning opportunities, not catastrophes. You'll learn to admit errors, extract lessons, make amends, and move forward stronger.
Every mistake teaches you something. "I failed" becomes "I learned." Failure is just information about what doesn't work.
The four-step process: Acknowledge the mistake, figure out what went wrong, make it right if possible, then don't dwell on it.
Perfectionism is paralysis. "Good enough" gets things done. Progress is better than perfection every time.
You're not your mistakes. They're things you DID, not who you ARE. Your response to mistakes shows your character.
Learn to reframe mistakes
After making a mistake: "I'm so stupid. I'll never get this right. Why even try?"
After making a mistake: "That didn't work. What can I learn? What will I try differently next time?"
Fixed: "I failed the test. I'm bad at this subject."
Fixed: "I messed up the technique. I'll never get my next belt."
Fixed: "I'm just not a creative person."
