Conflict is normal! Everyone disagrees sometimes. What matters is HOW you handle it. Good conflict skills help you solve problems, keep friendships strong, and feel proud of how you actβeven when things get tough.
By the end of this workshop, you'll have practical tools to calm down, listen well, and find solutions that work for everyone.
Disagreements happen! They're not badβthey're opportunities to understand each other better and find solutions together.
You can't solve problems when emotions are high. Take time to cool down before trying to work things out.
Really hear what the other person is saying. Try to see their point of view, even if you don't agree with it.
Instead of blaming or arguing about who's right, work together to find answers that help everyone feel better.
Recognize different kinds of disagreements
Talking It Out is usually the best way! Sometimes compromise works too. Anger and avoidance usually make things worse.
